I. General items

✦ I won't accept orders that lack sufficient references or information.✦ I have the right to decline your request if I don't feel comfortable with your order.✦ In case of orders cancelled during the process, the refund is only 50% of the amount.✦ In case of resales and commercial use, the client must contact me and the fee must be paid as well.✦ The customer may use and repost the commissioned art, since the credits is given.✦ Altering the artwork without my consent is not allowed.

II. Payment

✦ Payment must be paid in full upfront.✦ The currency accepted is USD $ and BRL R$.✦ Payment is made before the start of the sketch, via Ko-fi (USD) or Pix (BRL).✦ Please be advised that complex designs can increase the payment.

IV. Additional fees

✦ Urgent order fee - 30% of the order value (the estimated process for urgent orders will be 2-4 days)✦ Additional character - 50% of the total value✦ Resale - 35% to 50% of the order value (negotiable)✦ Commercial use - 35% to 50% of the order value

When purchasing digital art from me, I retain full copyright of the artwork. Each commission is intended for non-commercial use on social media platforms. If you intend to resell the art in merchandise or animation forms, additional fees for redistribution rights or royalties will apply.
